Clause regarding the contact form

I consent to receiving commercial information by electronic means from RG Media and RG Media’s Partners (it is assumed that a partner of RG Media is a natural or legal person cooperating with RG Media, in particular in offering for sale goods for which RG Media provides Services (including entities owning the brands listed on RG Media’s website https://rgmedia.pl/zglos-naprawe/: MOTUS, KIANO, Reinston, Lenovo, and others) – hereinafter the Partner). Providing information in the form and consenting to receive commercial information by electronic means from RG Media/Partners is voluntary but necessary in order to receive it. In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter GDPR, I acknowledge that: 1. The controller of my data is RG Media Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kazimierza Wielka, ul. Kolejowa 132. 2. My personal data will be protected and processed for the purpose of:
a) conducting correspondence and handling the matter to which it relates,
b) responding to the submitted enquiry, sending offers, and for marketing purposes,
c) possibly pursuing claims or defending against such claims,
d) provision of broadcasting media services, e.g. for the purpose of processing orders for goods and services offered by us over the Internet,
e) for archival and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Controller in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – i.e. handling matters reported via the form, conducting correspondence with interested parties, and handling the matters they report
f) issuing proof of transaction (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) and recording it in RG Media’s accounting records (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
g) presenting an offer, in connection with enabling the placement and fulfilment of orders and the conclusion of sales contracts for products offered by the Controller via the system (on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) – if the enquiry sent via the form included a request for an offer
h) delivering newsletters of RG Media and Partners, marketing activities of RG Media and Partners, offering goods/services of RG Media and Partners (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). My personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which I gave my consent, with a systematic review of its usefulness, for no longer than every 3 years from the date of its entry. The period of processing personal data may in each case be extended by the limitation period for claims, if the processing of personal data is necessary for pursuing possible claims or defending against such claims by the Controller. To the extent that the data is processed for the purpose of sending me marketing content, it will be processed until consent is withdrawn or an objection to such processing is raised. The data will not be transferred to other entities except: providers of IT systems and IT services, entities providing the company with services necessary to perform the contract being concluded, including legal services, postal operators and couriers, banks with regard to processing payments, and certain persons practising regulated professions, such as lawyers. I have the right to access the content of my personal data and to request a copy of it, as well as to request its rectification, the deletion of personal data (the right to be forgotten), the restriction of the processing of personal data, the right to transfer personal data to another controller, the right to object to the processing of personal data, including profiling, and for the purposes of direct marketing, and to withdraw consent where the Controller processes personal data on the basis of consent, at any time and in any manner, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. I also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if I consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. I also have the right to object to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending me marketing content. Furthermore, with regard to the processing of personal data for purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the company, I have the right to object on grounds relating to my particular situation. Providing personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide it will make effective communication with us impossible.

Information clause regarding the recruitment form

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter GDPR, I inform you that:
The controller of personal data sent via the form is RG Media Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kazimierza Wielka, ul. Kolejowa 132, 28-500 Kazimierza Wielka. The collected data is made available to entities supporting the recruitment processes. Every person who applies to RG Media has the right to: access their personal data, rectify it or restrict its processing, object and request its deletion, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
The above consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending RG Media a request to opt out of participation in the recruitment processes by e-mail to: rekrutacja@rgmedia.pl, providing the address from which the registration/application was made.
The data will be processed for a period of 12 months from the date the application is submitted. If you wish to delete your personal data from our recruitment database before the 12-month period ends and stop receiving notifications about new job offers, write to us at: rekrutacja@rgmedia.pl using the e-mail address you provided during registration/application

Information clause regarding the service request form

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter GDPR, I inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is RG MEDIA Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kazimierza Wielka (28-500), ul. Kolejowa 132, NIP: 6050077054, hereinafter the Controller
  2. The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer who oversees the correctness of personal data processing operations. They can be contacted at the e-mail address pjuzon@abidata.pl (Data Protection Officer: Piotr Juzoń).
  3. Personal data is processed for the purpose of handling submitted complaints on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter GDPR)
  4. The recipients of the data will be persons authorised by the Controller, processors with whom we have concluded appropriate data processing agreements, and entities to which data is made available under partnership agreements in force or under a legal provision.
  5. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfil RG Media’s accounting or tax obligations and any need for RG Media to pursue claims.
  6. You have the right to request access to the content of your data and the right to rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing (if the processing is based on consent) carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  7. Your data will not be subject to automated processing (profiling) or transferred to third countries outside the EU or to international organisations.
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR,
  9. Providing your personal data is a condition for handling the submitted complaint. You are obliged to provide it, and the consequence of not providing personal data is that the complaint will not be considered.

Information clause regarding the recording of telephone calls

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter GDPR, I inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is RG MEDIA Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kazimierza Wielka (28-500), ul. Kolejowa 132, NIP: 6050077054, hereinafter the Controller
  2. The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer who oversees the correctness of personal data processing operations. They can be contacted at the e-mail address pjuzon@abidata.pl (Data Protection Officer: Piotr Juzoń).
  3. The recording of telephone calls is used to increase security and improve the quality of customer service.
  4. Telephone numbers covered by the recording system have an appropriate voice announcement before the call is connected
    The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent of the caller, expressed by continuing the call.
  5. Recordings are stored for a period not exceeding 60 days from the date of the call.
  6. In the event that the recordings constitute evidence in proceedings conducted on the basis of law, or the controller has become aware that they may constitute evidence in proceedings, the period is extended until the final conclusion of the proceedings.
  7. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organisation.
  8. Your data will not be subject to automated processing (profiling),
  9. With regard to the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
    access to the personal data concerning them;
    rectification of personal data;
    deletion in the situations specified in Article 17(1) GDPR, subject to Article 17(3) GDPR;
    restriction of processing;
    the right to object to processing,
    provided that the requests are not manifestly unfounded or excessive, impossible to carry out due to technical limitations, and are not restricted or excluded by other provisions.
  10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR.
